Home cured organic salmon, pickled vegetables, onion puree and baby rocket salad

Roast breast of gressingham duck, smoked garlic potato puree, buttered winter greens, balsamic glaze
Supreme of chicken, baby onions and pancetta, white onion rosti, red wine and parsley jus
Braised belly of pork, Savoy cabbage, tomato tarragon and wild mushroom fricassee
Seared fillet of bream, tomato crushed potatoes, baby spinach, tapenade and pesto foam
Roast pumpkin and sweet potato torte, fine bean and walnut salad

Iced Christmas pudding parfait, poached Clementine and pistachio tuille
Cranberry and vanilla cheesecake, mulled fruits and syrup
