Hogarths Stone Manor – Night Porter
We have a great opportunity for you to be a part of an award-winning luxury hotel and restaurant group. Set in over 27 acres of rural Worcestershire countryside, boasting 56 luxurious bedrooms, an a la carte restaurant, cocktail bar and lounge and reputable wedding venue, we operate 24/7 and offer exceptional customer service to all of our guests.
We are seeking an experienced Night Porter to join the Operations team, working 24 hours per week, shift patterns 3 days on and 4 off, from 11pm – 7am. You will seamlessly anticipate guests needs and exceed expectations, solving in house guest issues quickly and efficiently, whilst adhering to all health and safety / fire procedures according to company policy.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient and have a flexible working approach. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers. Experience in this role would be an advantageous, and previous experience in conference and banqueting, bar tending and hotel security would be desirable.
