Bring your work colleagues or friends together and get your festive celebrations off to a roaring start with lunch or dinner in the Brasserie. Available Monday to Saturday. From 23rd November to 23rd December

Roast tomato soup chive cream, ciabatta croutons

Chicken liver parfait toasted brioche, chutney

Butternut squash and feta tart mixed leaf salad

Smoked salmon and chive roulade pickled cucumber, ciabatta croute

Roast turkey breast sage and onion stuffing, fondant potato, pigs in blankets, red wine sauce

Fillet of seabass crushed new potatoes, confit leeks, white wine and caper sauce

Braised blade of beef leek mash, bourguignon sauce

Wild mushroom and spinach pancakes smoked cheese sauce, roasted cherry tomatoes

All mains served with roast root vegetables and brussel sprouts
