Big Thank you For Hero Hotel Group

Hogarths hotels the West Midland best loved privately owned hotel group, has been awarded two very special awards this week, by the Room To Reward Charity.

Room to Reward is a unique volunteer recognition charity created to say ‘thank you’ to the Hidden Heroes – inspirational people who do so much, for so many in the name of charity. They work with partner hotels to donate their unsold rooms, charities nominate their Hidden Heroes for a well-deserved break or rest bite.

Room to Reward has been created by Adam Tarpening, With over 30 years’ experience in the hotel industry, Adam Terpening has held senior management roles within many hotel groups.

As Director of Room to Reward, Adam is passionate that Room to Reward becomes an Hospitality industry led initiative whereby hotels adopt the practice of donating unsold rooms as a means of supporting the charity sector. By encouraging hotels to become partners and making the most of this opportunity, Room to Reward aims to have donated £100,000 pounds’ worth of hotel stays by the end of 2017.

Operations Director of Hogarth’s Hotels Steven Quick has personally been supporting the Charity for the past two years by offering unsold rooms to the scheme, in order to support some great individuals who give up time to look after others. We are delighted to be part of RTR and over the next year will be offer even more stays to those people who dedicate time and effort to look after others, it is great concept that Adam has come up with. Rooms have been offered at both the Stone Manor Hotels in Kidderminster and at Hogarths Solihull, in four ashes road, Dorridge, Solihull.

Hogarths is a locally well known for being a big hearted Hotel group and over the past three years we have raised over £70.000 between the hotels for local charities and events. Hogarth is an important part of each community where we have hotels, and we are both family and pet friendly.  If you have not visited Hogarths, why not call in or visit our website  www.hogarths.co.uk
