President of Solihull Chamber of Commerce signs The ReWyre Apprenticeship Pledge

Robert Elliot, Director of Sales, hogarths Hotels, and President of Solihull Chamber of Commerce was delighted to be able to represent hogarths Solihull and hogarths Stone Manor last week to sign The ReWyre Apprenticeship Pledge at its launch event held at Kidderminster College.  The pledge is a commitment across the hotel and restaurant group that 2 ½ % of their workforce would in future be working towards apprenticeships.  This is part of a series of initiatives The hogarths Academy for Hospitality and Service is committed to achieving in the years to come.

Robert said, “hogarths are committed to make opportunities available to people of all ages to join the great hospitality industry.  Young people show enthusiasm, ambition and an eagerness to learn new skills and if we can make that possible we will be stronger as a community.  hogarths, and in particular hogarths Stone Manor Hotel are committed to a number of projects in the North Worcestershire region and hope to be so in the future.”
