We have a great opportunity for a full-time maintenance manager to take a leadership role within the maintenance team at Hogarths Hotel, Solihull.
The role will be managing and undertaking of all pro-active and reactive maintenance of all areas of the hotel, encompassing both front and back of house areas. Delivery of the highest standards of property care and presentation of product is key. The role is supported by two full-time maintenance engineers and general gardening.
In conjunction with the General Manager to ensure compliance of all H & S aspects of the hotel and to manage and execute all necessary actions.
Your role will ensure that maintenance tasks remain within a departmental budget and work scheduling.
You will also be responsible for Health & Safety issues within the hotel and for ensuring that the hotel complies with statutory regulations.
Hotel experience is preferred and trade qualifications are desirable.
The role is full time position working 5 days per week over 7 on a rota basis.

Part Time / Full Time
Hotel room attendants must ensure that our 49 hotel rooms are spotlessly clean, tidy and inviting for guests.
In this role, you will need to pay close attention to details, whilst checking and reporting any repairs when necessary.
Individuals should be available for weekdays and weekend shifts.
The ideal candidates would live locally, be enthusiastic, have previous experience in a similar environment and be willing to work flexible hours which includes weekend shifts approximately 20-25 hours per week.
There are 2 part-time positions available - either 16/20 hours or 1 full-time position at 40 hours a week.

Full Time - 40 hours
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Night Porter. The ideal candidate must be able to interact with our guests, have the ability to communicate effectively and ensuring that all guests’ needs are met at all times. You will also be required to support the operations team by moving stock and equipment around the hotel, preparing and dismantling room set ups. You will have a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises, in order to offer the highest level of customer service.
