This is a full time position and involves a combination of Early (7am – 15pm) and Late shifts (15pm – 23pm) which includes weekends.

Night Porter – Solihull
Hogarths Solihull is looking for a night owl who loves to work whilst our guests sleep.
This is a vital role looking after the hotel health & safety, security, and our guest’s welfare overnight whilst ensuring the smooth running of our operation.
We are looking for a reliable, positive individual who has a keen eye for detail, organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest’s expectations. Ideally you will be computer literate, however full training will be provided on our Front of House Reslynx system.
This is a full-time position working from 23.00pm until 07.00am, 5 days a week including weekends.
There may be occasions where you will be a lone worker.

Hogarths Solihull is looking to develop their team and is looking for the ideal candidate to work as Food & Beverage Supervisor and work alongside the team.
Your job role will involve supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in the day to day operation of the department, looking after conferences, weddings, events, private celebrations and brasserie diners, providing first class service and maintaining high standards at all times.
Our successful Conference & Banqueting Event Supervisor will have:

- A passion for the hospitality industry and our guests
- A desire to provide consistent excellent customer service, not only meeting the guests’ needs but exceeding their expectations
- Willingness to learn, and champion their own training and development
Hotel experience is desired but not essential. Full training and guidance will be given to the successful candidate with opportunities for career development.
This is a fully operational role, immediate start with shifts Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends and must be flexible in what hours they can work from week to week.
